We consider Auora a blend, but it is almost always a single origin, dry/natural process Brazilian coffee. We look specifically for chocolate, nuts, and sweetness. It’s at home on a pour-over, in a press, or as a low acid espresso. We recommend letting this coffee rest at least 3-4 days prior to brewing.
