Roast Schedule

All of our coffees are roasted to order. 2lb and 5lb bags are exclusively roasted on Mondays, 12oz bags are roasted throughout the week as needed.

We roast in the light‑to‑medium range, with each roast profiled to highlight origin character and maximize sweetness and flavor. Use our tasting notes as a guide. Learn more about our roasts here.

How do we choose coffees?

Everything is based around flavor and quality. We sample roast in house and only source coffees that we think taste good. We specifically target sweetness, fruit notes, and desert flavors and avoid savory or bitterness.

Do we ship ground coffee?

No, we do not ship ground coffee. Grinding fresh at home is the best way to ensure peak flavor.
